I decided to go to china. The Tang Dynasty in the time period of 618-907. The is where ill go first, Chang-an. What amazement I saw when the diverse culture was doing. All the different art and dancing and music. It was awesome. From there I went into the emperor palace. I meet Tang Taizong. Tang Taizong was said to be a brilliant general, government, reformer, historian and he became one of China's most respected emperors. He was cool, very smart man. Told me everything I needed to know. And helped me fill in some background info on china.
Tang Taizong tookme on a tour of the palace, and then I wanted to see the capital. We went shopping at all the little stores. Taizong asked if I knew archery or sword fighting. I was shocked to know not only was he a genesis but he did all these fighting skills too. We went back to the palace. He also showed me his art, and scroll paintings. They looked great. This man just did it all. I noticed it was getting late. So I knew I had to leave my good friend.
I got on my time machine and went home. I once again was sad to leave my friends I made. Then looking it up that the dynasty had famines and declined. It was sad. But visiting them made me feel like a part of history. I can't wait for Korea and Japan!!
